Tungsten-balanced colour negative movie film. Excellent in subdued light / indoor settings, e.g. cloudy day, dusk, artificially (adequately lit) environments. Not-so-good for night time, gigs or very low light situations (in these cases use Kodak Vision 3 500T).
Film speed of 200 ASA.
This film is not designed for projection as it is a negative. Designed for digital transfer (telecine) only.
With processing/scanning included in the purchase price our shipping cost includes both shipment of unexposed films plus delivery of the processed reels back to you.

*Grading

Best Light means we colour correct the scan scene-by-scene, compensating for over / under exposure. Shadows will be deeper and colours more saturated.

One Light means we do one optimal exposure per reel of film, without any correction to the shadows of highlights. Also known as a ‘Log Scan’ or ‘Raw Scan’.

2K Simple Scan
This option gives you a cut price 2K scan with the following settings:
Full perf over-scan.
Scanned in HD @ 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution.
Basic colour correction applied with no scene by scene correction.
Output @ 25 frames per second as a Pro Res LT file.
If shot at 18fps you will need to slow the file down by 72%.
Turnaround 10 - 15 working days.
If you require a 2K (or higher) log scan for subsequent colour grading, with specific frame rate and framing requirements, please use the above drop down and choose the 'Advanced' options.
