Returns & Refunds Policy

Photographic Film Products

Due to the nature of photographic film and light-sensitive materials, we are unable to accept returns on film products once sold, unless the item is faulty or defective.

Photographic film is highly sensitive to handling, storage conditions, temperature, humidity, and light exposure. For this reason, all film sales are considered final once dispatched.

Faulty or Defective Film

If you believe a film product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Supporting evidence where possible (e.g. scans, photographs, or lab notes)

If the film is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement or a refund, in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Services (Processing, Scanning, Repairs, etc.)

For services purchased online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The service has not yet begun, and

• No materials have been received, processed, or worked on

• If you cancel within this period, we will issue a full refund.

Services Already Started

If you have requested that a service begins immediately (for example, by sending film to us or approving work to start), you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the service has commenced, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Where a service has been partially completed, any refund will be pro-rated to reflect the work already carried out.


UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or a product is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under UK law.
